Return & Refund Policy

At R and M ShowRoom, customer satisfaction is our priority. This policy explains when and how returns or refunds can be processed.

1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return if:

  • The item is defective or damaged upon arrival

  • The wrong product was delivered

  • The product is significantly different from its description

Returns are NOT accepted for:

  • Preorders unless defective or incorrect

  • Items damaged by the customer

  • Used, altered, or unsealed products (e.g., electronics, appliances, laptops)

 

2. Return Window

You must request a return within 48–72 hours after receiving your order.

3. Condition of Returned Items

Returned products must be:

  • In original packaging

  • Unused, unaltered, and in resellable condition

  • Including all accessories, manuals, and boxes

4. Refund Process

Once your return is approved:

  • Refunds will be issued through mobile money / bank transfer / store credit

  • Refunds may take 3–7 working days depending on payment method

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless we made an error

5. Exchanges

If requested and available, we may replace the defective or incorrect item with a new one.

6. Non-Delivery

If an order is lost in transit, we will investigate and either replace the item or issue a refund.
